We incorporated a new fund raiser this year with X-mas tree collection: E-Waste recycling.
We joined with CEAR and had a donation station for e-waste at Sequoia School. On Jan. 2nd and 9th we collected and people dropped off their e-waste. It was a terrific turn out. We collected 9,400 lbs of e-waste.
The collection bin was full. We raised $885.00. There were over 70 parents and Scouts that participated, thank you all.
I’d also like to thank Ramonah Raye for providing the most classiest set up for breakfast I think we have ever had, and Laura Chang for providing a delicious breakfast the following Saturday.
