Greetings Troop 380 Scouts, Leaders, and Families,
Thank you to all scouts and leaders who attended our annual planning meeting. Next year’s calendar will be revealed at the Fall Court of Honor next week.
Here is your information for upcoming events:
Summer Court of Honor
Please join us for our summer court of honor. This is our biggest of the year, with many merit badges and ranks to be awarded following our busy summer. If a scout is advancing a rank, it’s important that at least one parent/guardian attend. Hope to see you there!
- August 25, 2025, 6:30 at the church
- Class A uniform and sash
- Mother’s pin if your scout is advancing a rank
COH Prize Drawing Donations
We will host a prize drawing at the Summer Court of Honor, and we are looking for prizes! If you have something you can donate that would be wonderful.
We are looking for items that scouts, parents and siblings would enjoy. We will sell tickets and give tickets away to all the scouts for an opportunity to take home a prize. We already have some cool stuff, so please add to the loot. Food, camping stuff, gift cards, clothing, and more are great!
Aquatics Day – This Weekend!
Signups are full!

T380 Unit Popcorn Kernel Needed!
- T380 is in need of an adult volunteer to head up this year’s popcorn sales for the troop.
- This is a great fundraiser for our Scouts – they receive 33.25% of their sales, plus their donations for their Scout account, enabling them to pay for campouts, summer camp and other activities!
- If you would like to know more about what the job entails or volunteer for the position, please contact Elizabeth at GoldRivMom@comcast.net (T380 committee member and Three Rivers District Kernel) or talk to Giuliane Belt at a troop meeting. Both are always available to answer questions during popcorn season!
- Working as a team works the best so grab a friend and volunteer!
Yours in Scouting,
Michael Speer
