Nine Scouts and five adults participated in a day of water fun at the CSUS Aquatic Center on lovely Lake Natomas.
We had instruction on how to paddle Kayaks and Canoes and then we were off to explore Lake Natomas in search for turtles and other aquatic creatures, we didn’t see any though. We did see lots of geese and ducks. After paddling Kayaks, we had lunch, and then we tried our hand at paddling Canoes followed by lots of fun on the Aqua-Cycles.
No one fell out of any of the watercraft (thanks Dakota) and it didn’t rain. It was a very good day at the CSUS Aquatic Center. We all had fun.
