Troop 380 traveled to New Hogan Lake, near Spring Valley, for the 2014 Capital City District Spring Camporee. Over 300 Scouts and leaders attended this gathering of Troops and Webelos Dens. Highlights for the weekend included patrol and den competition, OA Call Out, Dutch Oven cooking contest, campfire, and interfaith services. Troop 380 Patrols took both first and second place in the overall patrol competition. Thank you to our adults for stepping up and giving leadership to many of the events. Ben Heningburg, Charles Potter, Kim Perry-Reed, Joseph Jacobs, Wei Hiseh, Mike McLelland, Ray Meek, Phil Allen, Mike Evans, Johnie Pennington, Rommel Aguil, Kyle Robbins, Paul Keefer and Mike Kuykendall were all a big help at the camporee.
