Spring has arrived, and scout activities are now in full swing. The scouts are actively participating in various outdoor adventures and learning important skills in preparation for Camporee. The energy is high among our scouts as they engage in teamwork and develop leadership qualities. Please see the list below of upcoming events and sign ups.
Troop Meeting: Monday, April 1, 2024. 7:00 PM.

- Practice Spring Camporee Events
- Sign up for Charlie C ’s Eagle Scout Project: Saturday, April 6th, 2024, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
- Sign up for the Three Rivers Spring Camporee: April 12th-14th, 2024. – Tomorrow is the deadline to sign up!
- Spring Court of Honor: Monday, April 22, 7:00 PM.
- Sign up to assist with the Capital City District Pinewood Derby on April 27th
- Sign up for the Fort Ross Camp Out on May 3rd-5th.
- Sign up for the Mt. St. Helana Hike: May 18.
- Sign up for the Fair Oaks Cemetery Project: May 25
- Sign up for the Scotts Flat Campout: May 31-June 2.
- Desolation Wilderness Backpacking Trip: July 6th -10th.
Summer Camp 2024
- Camp Hi Sierra: June 23-29, 2024. We still have one slot open. Please contact Dave Ishikawa sm-380@comcast.net if you have any questions about Camp Hi Sierra.
- Don’t forget payment #2 of $250.00 was due on March 11, 2024.
- A new Camp T-shirt will be available. We will share with you the design when it becomes available. This is an additional shirt for summer camp.
- Camp Hi Sierra will be celebrating their 75th Anniversary this summer. Looks like we picked the right summer to go to camp.
- Camp Royaneh – July 21-27, 2024. We will have a large group of scouts having Fun in the Sun at Camp Royaneh. Don’t miss out. Please make sure you have paid all payments.
- Final Payment for scouts due Monday 3/18 for $495.
- New Scouts, the full payment of $770 isn’t due until 4/22.
- Adults, $465 is due by 4/22.
- Don’t forget to schedule your medical appointment for your BSA Medical Exam. You must have BSA Medical Form sections A, B and C filled out. Section C must have a physician’s signature. There are no exceptions to this form. We would like all forms turned in by June 3, 2024. Forms are available at https://filestore.scouting.org/filestore/HealthSafety/pdf/680-001_ABC.pdf
- Both camps are looking for transportation to and from Camp. Please let Dave or Nathan Davis know if you are willing to drive to or from camp.
- We will be having a summer camp meeting for both camps on April 29th.
