Troop 380 conducted its annual New Skills Camp Out the weekend of March 17th. This camp out instructs our newest Scouts on skills they will need as they advance along the Trail to Eagle. The camp out was held at the council’s newest property, the Nor Cal Adventure Area near Dobbins, east of Marysville at an elevation of 2300 feet. And what an adventure it was with rain, hail and snow. Fortunately we were able to stay in the just completed warehouse while it was still empty. A good time was had by all. It will certainly be an outing that will be remembered for years to come.
