The Eternal Flame camp out was held September 29-October 1 at Gibson Ranch. This was a great weekend with the fall weather. The patrols planned their menus and ate well. The event committee included a Citizenship Ceremony, so scouts experienced new United States citizens being sworn in. Pretty cool. We also retired several US flags. The Boy Scouts of America is one of the few organizations that are authorized to retire flags.
