300 leaders from the Golden Empire Council gathered at the Red Lion Woodlake Inn on Saturday, February 9, 2013. 16 individuals were presented the Silver Beaver, the highest honor to be presented a volunteer at the council level. Troop 380’s former assistant Scoutmaster, Norm Parker was one of the recipients of this special award. Troop 380 had a large contingent of participants. Many thanks go out to all who participated helping make this event a big success. Chris Ishikawa has chaired this council wide event for seven years. It was a special evening for all in attendance.
