At the August 8th, Capital City Roundtable, Dave Ishikawa received the Asian American Spirit of Scouting Service Award for his many years helping promote Scouting in the Asian community and for being an outstanding role model for Scouts and adults. The award was presented by Chuck Brafeild, BSA Golden Empire Council Scout Executive, Robert (Bobby) Tanaka, past GEC Commissioner, and Frank Delaney, current GEC Commissioner. Also in attendance are Asian American Spirit recipients Gary Goto, Spence Wong and Robert Tanaka.
