Sierra Backpacking

A group of hardy Scouts and leaders backpacked along the Silver Fork of the American River. The younger Scouts successfully used backpacking equipment, hiked, and acclimated to the great world of backpacking. The High Adventure Scouts split from the main group and did an overnight backpacking trip towards the pristine Lake Margaret. A great adventure for new and seasoned Scouts!
