Join Us for the Trail’s End Popcorn Fundraising!

This is a fantastic opportunity for our scouts to learn valuable skills, help pay for their Scout activities, and earn great rewards. Please talk with your Scout to see if they’d like to join the popcorn fundraiser. There are several ways to participate:

  • Storefront Sales: If your Scout is interested in selling at storefronts, please let me know.
  • Wagon Sales: Scouts can go door-to-door, take orders, and deliver popcorn later.
  • Online Sales: The easiest option! You can help your Scout create a link or QR code to share on social media or email list with friends, family and other potential customers. Trail’s End handles payment and delivery.

All sales are managed through the Trail’s End App, which makes tracking and selling simple.

How to Get Started

  1. Register Your Scout: Please visit the Trail’s End website and register your Scout. https://portal.trails-end.com/registration or https://trails-end.com/ This will allow them to track their sales and earn rewards.   2. Download the App: Make sure to download the Trail’s End app on your phone. The app is the easiest way for Scouts to record and track real-time storefront, wagon, and online sales, accept cash and credit cards, managing sales, track inventory, and sign up for storefront shifts.
  3. Training Session: We understand that fundraising can be a new experience for some, so Trails End provides a video training. If your Scout still not feeling confident to start selling or use the Trail’s End App, and needs extra help, Nicky Belt is happy to offer a quick training session. He could go to the site sales help your Scout set up and show how to approach clients and make the sale on the App.
  4. Storefront Site Sales: Please sign up via the app. Shifts are usually available for Friday evenings, and Saturday/Sunday mornings and afternoons. Each shift is 2 hours, with the option to stay longer. You can view and select shifts directly through the Trail’s End App. If you need help navigating the app or choosing a time, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to assist!

What you are going to need for the site sale

  • charged phone with the Trails End app and extra batteries if needed.
  • table, blue tape, small bag with zipper for cash, water/snack/chair
  • bring small change ($5, $10) just in case someone will pay in cash.

We will provide: popcorn, donation jar, advertising banner, table cloth, popcorn form with picture and prices, T380 storefront inventory form, and T380 tally sheet.

*Remember to log all sales and Hero donations in the Trail’s End app. Scout donation should be recorded on the inventory form. At the end of your shift, if someone paid in cash, you may keep the cash and enter the amount using your personal credit card to earn extra points. If needed, you’re welcome to borrow our table, cash bag, or small cooler.
