On July 27th, Michael Surbaugh visited Troop 380. This fall Mr. Surbaugh will assume the position of Chief Scout Executive of the Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Surbaugh met with the Brock family in a sincere conveyance of support and comfort. He then met with the troop during their regular Monday meeting, and then met with parents.
