On Memorial Day weekend we spent our annual Family Campout at Sugar Pine Pint State Park at Lake Tahew. Most of the time we loafed around and played baseball and volleyball. Our campfires were the best ever made even better with Dave’s guitar and singing. The weather was cold and it snowed, as usual.
It really was a great weekend in the mountains. We could even say, “Dave has perfected his cobbler.” We should know because we ate several. Kelly Ishikawa made a great snowman that would have made a good hood ornament.
