Will Power won Sunday’s Indy Grand Prix of Sonoma. Alex Lloyd, the driver of the BSA car, came in 10th place. There was plenty to keep everyone entertained at the track. You could visit the vendor booths, ride a simulator, and even take a ride on a Ferris wheel. The Ferris wheel gave you a bird’s eye view of the track and it was awesome to see the cars running below you. During the day, Alex Lloyd talked to the scouts and told everyone about his adventures as a Cub Scout and what he learned in scouting and how he uses those principles in his racing life today. He even made time for questions and pictures. The scouts enjoyed an exciting race, but it was free of any high speed crashes. Troop 380 had a great time hanging out at the track.
