On January 13th, we met at the Sunrise light rail station at about 8:00. Two scouts and eight adults showed up. From there we drove for about an hour to Echo Summit Snow Park. We arrived at approximately 9:30. We hiked for about a mile, then put on our snowshoes and took out our trekking poles. Then we hiked about 5 miles in the snowshoes. We hiked for five hours total. We left at about 3:00 and returned at Sunrise Light Rail Station at 4:00.
